U-haul in general are pretty reliable. This store is clean and pretty organized. But and yes there is a but the staff is probably the worst!!! Your treated with the most disrespect as I ever seen from a business or even a human for that matter. Maybe they would get more business if they where more professional attitude instead of being disrespected as a customer. Hopefully you have a better experience than we did oh it wasn't just once a was a few weekends that we recently rented.

Uhaul prides themselves in refunding for any supplies you buy that are not used. It’s written in all their boxes. This location would not honor my refund of unused boxes and packing supplies. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.

BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE! I booked a reservation online for a trailer one month ahead of time with emails confirming my reservation with check-in and drop off times. I called the actual facility at the local number multiple times to try and double check BUT you absolutely, positively cannot get through on the phone! Lo and behold when I arrived on the morning of my rental I was told there was no sign of my reservation and I should have called! Moral of the story is that UHAUL is a mismanaged mess. If you need to rent something physically go to the facility and don't waste your time with their website. DON'T BLAME THE LOCAL EMPLOYEES I think it is just a bad system.
