  The roof leaks and your stuff will get wet. The general Manager Kiryn is a horrible person to talk to, all she cares about is collecting money for her company. She doesn't even know her way around the building and insists that you lead the way, oh wait I mean gives you permission to lead the way. The insurance is a joke and fake don't pay it. This is an awful place to rent from, and I recommend the storage unit on K Beach it is locally owned and operated. Please support your local companies and not Money Hungrary General Mangers working for Corporations. Thank you have a good day. The people who answer the phones always ask to put you on hold and often times forget that you are on the line, one time I was asked of I could be put on hold after calling back 4 times and I said no I was unable to hold and than the lady just hung up on me. Please vote with your dollar against these places that do not care about your possessions.

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. In the last week I have received 3 calls all telling me I owe a different amount. When I ask them to break it down they don't know how. The staff is poorly trained and the manager should do something about it. There is no reason when I have my bill paid to the next billing date that I should have a past due amount. But somehow I do. They harass me constantly. As if I don't know what's going on with my account. Literally 5-6 calls a week about my unit. Then they charged me a fee for moving my unit as if the outrageous prices for them isn't bad enough and when I asked about the fee I received a very disrespectful answer. Never will I use this place for service again. They should learn a thing or 2 from the Soldotna location.

  So sorry I did not read the reviews before I rented a spot for 36 RV , owner Zina Reutov -Kenai Store - rude & worst customer service ever. I asked for a receipt for leaving my keys after we parked RV from her employee- was told they don't do that and won't and I could remove RV, 2 times I was told we could remove RV we parked it that day and took it out the nexted after that. Never to use Kenai U-Haul again!!!!
