What's the point in having a bay with doors that close if people park their vehicles with their trailer attached and park in the middle to where the door r kept from closing. I thought the point of having the bay is to get out of the weather. So if its 34° outside, or if it's raining or whatever reason it is for u using the bay the doors should be able to close. There should be signs or some kind of notice saying that that can't be allowed bc that's one of the reason i wanted to rent from those location. Thank u very much!

Place was huge and very clean and the Ladies were quick and friendly for our return. However, and no reflection on this place of business, I telephoned customer service for a receipt and was appalled by the service reps attitude because she couldn't hear me. Never ever was I treated in such a fashion to the point that I disconnected the call. Will recommend this place for return of UHaul Truck but don't call 800 customer service #

Now I didn't have to use any of there other Equipment or anything I just used the "Small '10" Truck in the same day for about 5 Hours, But my Overall Experience using this Store was Fantastic & The Customer Service was Top Notch Overall as Well!!! The Store was Very Clean and it Litteraly took less than 10 minutes to Sign Up & Be in the Truck and on the Road. My Experience was short but I couldn't be Happier & Pleased with My Overall Experience with them!!! I definitely Recommend them without a Doubt anytime you need there Services!!! Thank Yall
