  "I have no complaints about the professional service that was provided by the representatives. When we were trying to pick up the U-Haul truck. They made it possible for us to pick it up late. Everyone was very kind. My complaint is with the time of year it is, and the U-Haul trucks tires. You would think that U-Haul would have winter tires on all their U-Haul trucks, during the winter time. I was done the day after we were scheduled to return the truck, but I had called and extended my rental time an extra day. But then we had a snow storm the next day, when I was supposed to return the truck. I couldn't make it half way to Kingston before I had to turn around and I actually had gotten stuck in my driveway with the truck because of how bald the summer tires were that are on those trucks. Then when I asked if I could return the truck to the U-Haul service in my own home town, they told me the truck was exclusive to Kingston U-Haul dealer. Why shouldn't I have been able to drop it off at any dealer ? So I will be charged an extra 3-4 days, because I could not return the truck due to weather, thank goodness my hubbie got our truck running and we were able to finally return it tonight, all though I'm sure we will get charged for another day. But as I said in the beginning of this review, all employees have been professional this far. I have no complaints about the service that was provided. Just the equipment. I hope in the future U-Haul will consider putting winter tires on their U-Haul trucks, maybe even 4wheel drive trucks. Some areas in these parts are sloppy.
