Staying in adjacent hotel on Rose St. U-haul's alarms went off last night for 15 minutes. Lights were on in the building but didn't see a soul anywhere. This morning at 8am one of their employees was blowing snow right outside our window. It hadn't snowed so wasn't sure why this was necessary. Woke up my kids. Doesn't make for a happy mom, nor does it make for a good review for this U-haul.

Helped a friend move and she rented a pickup truck. The guy at the counter was rude to us and told us that she would be charged $15 for gas, despite the fact that we returned it with more gas than what we had when we left the lot. We left and put another $5 worth of gas in it and by the time we got back, less than 10 minutes later, the same rude guy told us that he was closed. He knew we were coming back and locked us out anyways. My friend was charged extra because of this.

Far too expensive for the trucks they have, the trucks are not efficient and they drive awful. Price gouging at its best I will never use U-Haul again.
