... IF MY RENT IS NOT LATE DO NOT CALL ME WITH RENT REMINDER I PAY THE DAY ITS DUE PERIOD YOU SEND OUT EMAILS FOR RENT REMINDERS! Couldn’t be bothered to call me to say someone’s going in the locker but let’s make redundant calls about rent that NOT LATE!!!! Crystal cannot be running this place anymore, I don’t know who’s in charge now but get it together! I’ve rented a climate controlled locker here for almost ten years. Rent paid on time! They took it upon themselves to open my locker. Rifle through my belongs and place anew lock Not one call! Not one letter! I asked the desk clerk for help, she was super polite and helpful UNTIL some power tripping degenerate interjected himself in her effort to help. He was less than professional less than informative flat out LIED for no reason! They call, write & email about everything else but decided that going into a locker and changing a lock didn’t warrant that courtesy. Nothing is secure here! Made me get a button to open the gate... why when the fence is wide!?!
