The worst company I have ever dealt with. I wish I had more time to do something different. I would have rather rented an outside dumpster and stored my stuff in there. If you ever get someone on the phone they give you wildly inaccurate information. Told us we needed a 10x10 unit. We opted for a 10x15 just in case and it still wasn’t big enough. Tried to call to upgrade the unit but it’s impossible to get someone on the phone. Also, don’t trust their quotes for movers or how big of a truck you need.

Owner and staff extremely unprofessional. Sub par customer service skills/ communication skills. The truck that we reserved was not there. Told us to wait a few hours. Then, Gave us another truck with an old battery that died on us in the middle of the move. Completely unapologetic and rude when we brought the truck back. Would not recommend. Will never use again.

The rental experience was exactly as it should be - no surprises. I went in to the store a couple of weeks ahead to make my reservation - 15 minutes. Got good advice about what size truck to choose. The day of the rental, the check-in experience was 15 minutes and prices were as expected. Personnel were courteous and efficient. Truck was ready, clean and as expected. Truck was in good mechanical condition and the moving experience was routine. Check-in was 5 minutes and charges were as agreed. I'd do business with them again anytime, and I'd recommend this location to others.
