the lady tried charging us twice and threatend to call the cops on us will never go here again

Overall great experience utilizing the truck share option. It does require you perform the input of visual observations in the app, but seemless and convenient in the pandemic era. If one thing I'd suggest is an enhanced cleaning of the interior cab.
