Welcome to Mckinleyville! Thank you for cleaning up the area surrounding your location. That shopping center has been neglected for a while and was certainly needing a new business to come in providing a new service for the community and provide a few employment possibilities. You however went above and beyond by doing the long overdue task of cleaning up the area. I'm sure your efforts are appreciated by most in the community and I sincerely wish you the best of luck in your business endeavors!

If you want good service, this is not the place for you. If you enjoy waiting for an hour for one of the 3 employees here to answer the phone while they scooter around pretending to work, call these guys (or should I say they's)? I called days in advance to tell Uhaul I wanted to get my things from my storage box before my billing date and cancel my storage. I scheduled a time and I went to Uhaul and emptied my storage box. Employees helped me at the counter and unlocked the back door for me. I informed them when I was finished unloading my storage box. No one said anything about additional paperwork to cancel. They billed me anyways. These people are all lazy and incompetent
