Lots and lots of trucks to rent clean store, plenty of boxes and moving stuff and.....one guy working. Had to wait one hour even with express check in completed. The guy was completely nice and so sorry for wait but they need more help!

I fill my propane at Newport Propane with no problem for 2 years. I went here and the employee was spraying propane all over the place and blaming it on my motorhome seals.. I told him something was wrong and to stop. He still charged me for 17 gallons and 2 days later after cooking on my stove I was out of gas. I went back and he told me to legally refund me I need to call corporate offices, waited hrs on hold and corporate finally told them to refund me. It has been 72 hrs since corporate offices told them to find my receipt and issue me a full refund and still no refund "they can not find the receipt." I'm told to wait more. I went back to Newport Propane and filled my tank without a problem no leak. I would stay clear of this place if you want propane go to Newport Propane. I will call corporate offices back today and try to resolve this. This review will only be removed if issued a refund in the next 24hrs
