I had a reservation for after hours with a 24/7 mobile pickup for a van. I even went to the store the day before to make sure everything was good to go and they assured me I would be able to pick it up before they opened. I went to pick it up and they did not set the van up for 24/7 pick up like they said they would. I called uhaul support and they said the store did not set up the van as they we’re supposed to. The incident ended up making my family miss their flights because of it.

Waited 15 mins for propane and rang bell several times. Employees saw me standing by propane and just walked away. Worst uhaul I've tried to use to date. Stay away!

Service was okay i got a really good deal on some fonzo package i just didn’t like the fact the place smelled terrible especially the guy working behind the counter he was historically laughing and screaming guk till my bones decay but that’s beside the point he threw skittles at me and told me to dance so i most likely won’t come back let alone return the uhaul i’m keeping it and he also asked my wife if her behind has more movement then a uhaul like ok
