The workers need more training on customer service. They failed to advise me pertinent information when moving out of a storage unit. Had they took the time just to educate me just a little more of the expectations I would not had this issue. However regardless of any situation the biggest excuse I dislike most is when a worker advises me they are new, being with a company for 5 months is more then enough time to know policies and procedures of your company if this is the career path you decide to represent. P.S. this information was new to me due to the other company able to reimburse me for moving out early from a storage unit, I didn't realize it differs from one company to another.

Went in to have my propane tank filled from a forklift. The propane area was left wide open, so I set my tank next to it and went inside. The employee told me he didn’t have an adapter to do the quick fill on a forklift tank. I informed him that you can fill it from the other port as I’ve seen done hundreds of times before. He responded with “I just don’t have time man” and walked back in the car. I had my daughter in my car and wasn’t going to go back in and confront him. I was pretty excited with this new location but unfortunately they have a poor employee. Thanks for the waste of time.

This U-haul company charged me $25 extra dollars after I turned the truck in. I didn't exceed my miles and I put the gas where it was before I used it, when I was done with it. I now have been on hold with them for over an hour.
