  Unbelievable terrible service. We were 'evicted' because of for some bogus claims of alarms going off around 4 AM (even though we never been there pass dark). They provided our FIRST AND ONLY warning - marked Final Notice paper when we came to get some items - We had 72 hours to remove our stuff. The manager Sierra Romero was very condescending and unprofessional. She didn't try to help or even provide any evidence to the claims. She claimed to have contacted us multiple times - never has - no calls/texts/emails to main account or secondary. We've been storing stuff there for 4 years! We've payed nearly $5,000 in payments in that time. When a employer walked me back there to unlock - we took the long way and I couldn't help but notice hundreds of these same red tags and locks on all theses rows of hallways. So either at least 50% of Uhaul customers have not paid their bill or have activated the alarms - all near the same time 🤔 seems a little suspicious to me. We'll definitely be getting ahold of the corporate and will be making claims. This is ridiculous. This location, according to my personal history and the other recent reviews of others, obviously need to either train or fire their current employees or hire some better ones. If you are currently storing stuff there, I recommend you go there and see if you an 'eviction tag' - It will say no payment - also on your unit- be sure to have the means to remove your stuff at that time though (you'll only have 72 hours)

  I haven’t rented a truck from this location But I’ve had propane filled twice recently and I’ve had no issues at all. The staff were helpful, quick, and friendly. Tonight I was the guy that shows up two minutes before closing. I talked to Mike and helped without hesitation, which was awesome! Like a propane wizard he filled three tanks in freezing temps and had me on my way. 5 stars for Mike!!!

  They cancelled my reservation and gave the truck out within 15 minutes of cancelling it. I reserved a 15' truck online and wanted to pick it up at 1pm. I had a few other things to do until I got the truck finally looked at my phone at 2 when I pulled into the parking lot and they called at about 1:25 and left a message saying they will cancel it at 1:45 if they don't hear back from me. I went in and said I was there to pick up the truck they cancelled on me and she said they don't have it anymore and wanted to give me a 20' truck. I said no and walked out. I didn't even need a 15' one I just wanted the ramp and I didn't want to drive a bigger truck and pay even more for it. I reserved the truck for 12 hours I should be able to pick it up within that time and would expect to be charged at the end of that time even if I never picked it up. She ruined my day I planned on getting stuff moved just because I wasn't there within 45 min of my reservation time. I think she had another person come in wanting it and just gave it to them. They don't care about you and you shouldn't care about this location. Search around for another rental and storage place where they will treat you better. Too many 1 star reviews is a big red flag to avoid this place.
