I had reserved an auto transport approximately 5 days in advance.. received confirmation number.. trailer would be ready at 9:30 am. When I arrived I was told one hadn't come back and another was broken. I asked why I was not informed as I had to drive across town. Was told the broken trailer ' literally' just came to their attention/ or had just arrived. When someone uses the term ' literally' my b.s. detector goes off. Anyway had to go to Lone Oak to finally get a trailer. Wonderful and helpful folks so, go there don't go to one on Irvin Cobb.

I called ahead to confirm they had propane. I showed up and was told that yes they have propane but the pump is broken. What a waste of time!!

This place is awesome with Customer Service! Quick and efficient service and went out of their way to help us with trailer lights in the heat of the day! They got us fixed up and on our way! Thank you so much for going the extra mile for us.........
