Huge fan of the team here, especially Doug. I had to keep my truck way later than expected on a busy Saturday and they were nothing but pleasant and helpful. My uhaul online account kept telling me I didn’t have a reservation but they took care of it and made it easy to rent/return. Least amount of hassle I’ve had while renting uhaul.

Had one way trip from FL to PA. Didn't have storage unit that I reserved online, had to then drive to Glenshaw where they only had two smaller units. They tried to make it right, but now I for more money that originally anticipated.

Had to drive over an hour to pick up a car dolly (only place to have one). Online registration got messed up and price more than doubled. The gentlemen that were helping me were wonderful and got everything fixed, a drop off much closer to me, and us on our way with not much muss or fuss. God bless them. Happy Easter.
