All I can say is, “Small, but mighty!” Jeff and his staff are the epitome of excellent customer service. They have always been friendly and kind to me. Kept me updated on policy changes, costs and all things regarding my storage experience. Jeff and his team went above and beyond to help me in my time of need and I am forever grateful! Moreover, I am not sure about the legitimacy of the negative reviews I’ve seen regarding this location. However, I speak from my own experience in saying, Jeff and his team are the best!!

They have our U-boxes but haven't answered the phone to schedule the delivery for 8 days! Unacceptable.
