  "The UHaul van was ready on time and the service was friendly and prompt. However, although I left the gas tank more full than it was when I received it, I later received on my receipt an additional charge for two gallons of gas at an inflated rate despite the tank being returned with more gas than when I picked it up. I drove 40 miles and gave it 5 gallons of gas (about $17) before returning it to ensure that I wouldn't get hit with an extra fee for gas. The tank was at 5/8ths when I picked it up (and the pickup paperwork marked it at 5/8ths) and I returned it right between the 5/8 and 3/4 marks. The unfair charge may have been under $10, but, that tank was objectively more full when I returned it than when I picked it up, and it's just not right for a UHaul franchise to sneak in an extra fee to nickel and dime people like that."
