  Terrible customer service, I purchased 5 bundles of boxes and the guy at the counter told me I can use an orange cart to help me out, he didn't even offer to help me. The bundles are heavy and awkward and I scratched up my arms lifting them onto the cart and then again to put them in my SUV.

  The Hispanic women didn’t say a word to me until one min later. She was just looking at us. So wasn’t friendly and didn’t do her job right. I was long wait with no one in front of us or behind us. Parking was hard and only one spot left. She didn’t talk much and only said few words.

  The visit to this location was for propane purchase. The staff was helpful but less than enthusiastic about being there.The store has a wide selection of products useful for moving. However, I was there to buy propane and was quite irritated that they had the audacity to charge me 5 dollars for a hour of labor! When was deemed OK to bill a customer a labor charge for a employee your already paying? Didn't you figure this in already in the cost of doing business? Not to mention being billed a hour at any rate that only took 15 minutes or less to complete! Wrong answer! They will get zero business from me again, and I recommend skipping them altogether since business and finance isn't their strong suit and your likely to be over charged,broke, and angry when you walk out. They are not interested in their customers, just their money.
