This was by far the best, efficient, safe and hassle free moving experience ever!! I received a brand shiny new ubox with blankets from a friendly knowledgeable person who gently placed my ubox exactly where I needed it to load my stuff. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my ubox a few days early with everything perfectly placed exactly how I packed it. Not one single item shifted or broke during transit! I wish I could give more stars as this experience went above and beyond my expectations!! Thank you uhaul!!! You guys rock!!!! I Will absolutely use this service again, and highly recommend!!!

I took my jeep here to have a hitch installed. Since it was 75 miles from home I decided to just wait for it to be finished. The install didn't go smooth for them but they kept working the issues. The manager was very apologetic and kept updating me on the progress or lack there of. Yes it took way longer than planned but it was out of their control. Had I dropped the car off it wouldn't have been an issue anyway. The entire staff was very friendly and informative. I would not hesitate to go back there if the need arises.

Front desk lady was covered in hickies and the guy who checked me in smelled terribly of alcohol. I had to show them how to attach trailer. Don't go here unless you know how to check their work.
