Rented a large 26 foot truck to store and deliver fence and other materials for a very large project we are in process off. The team at Uhaul pulled the truck around, left the a.c. on for me and had me gone in minutes. Very satisfied with my experience. This Uhaul is the absolute WORST!! In fact the Uhaul organization in the greater Jacksonville area is awful!! I've moved around the country, used Uhaul in many states and have always had a good experience. But here they are unsafe, dirty, damaged, very understaffed and so unprofessionally managed. I do not recommend this location.

The truck was on empty when we picked it up. The contract indicated it had 1/4 tank, but it didn't. We have a photo of the gauge. Luckily there was a gas station in time before we ran out of gas. We put $20 in the tank. When we returned the truck, as soon as we pulled in the guy working there said 'you're all set' and 'we'll email you your receipt'. When we got the receipt, we saw we were charged for items we did not have, furniture pads and a dolly. We took the receipt in and the man working there took a really long time poking around on his computer. Finally, he took it in the back to who I guess is the manager. He said she was going to refund the overcharge and it would take 5-10 business days. When we asked for a receipt showing that, he said it would take a half an hour or so to print the receipt. 30 minutes to print a receipt, really? He then told us 'she's not on the clock, she's cooking dinner.' I guess she is the only one who knows how to work the printer.
