This is my third time this year to rent an auto transport trailer at this location at 1330 S Koenigheim in San Angelo TX and it has always been a positive and hassle free experience. A special shout out to Dylan Carpenter for ensuring the equipment is safe and I am hooked up properly. I highly recommend this location; these guys run a clean and professional store. Thank you again !!

The employees inside the store were nice enough but I was charged for extra insurance that I did not want on my rental. I tried giving them a second chance and did an after hours rental and they gave me the wrong pass code to the lock box so I was unable to retrieve my keys. Customer service was unresponsive and extremely unhelpful.

Very bad place to rent from. Needed truck for one more day and they say they cant let us keep the truck they are fully booked and the lot is full of trucks. Will never come back to this place. And had to wait in lobby a long time just fro someome to acknowledge people where in there. Very horrible service
