Let me start by saying I called uhaul and made reservations for a truck a storage unit and moving help loading and unloading. when I was making my 650 mile journey I called uhaul to make sure my 10x15 storage unit I reserved was gonna be available. They assured me everything was good and then when I got there the biggest unit was a 10x7. That's a big difference. The 3 people I was paying by the hour stood around for almost an hour while we desperately tried to find a solution. I was exhausted after the 650 mile move and stressed and then when I got there I had no where to put my stuff. The staff said I could use more than one unit and if they had to adjust the price to match what I had reservations for they would. Then suddenly there was a 10x10 available so we crammed as much as we could in there. I still have a garage full of stuff that would have gone in there including the 12 foot ladder I had to bring back hanging out of the back of my SUV. I ended up having to pay the movers an extra $180 on top of what I had already paid for the time is should have taken. Trying to fit so much in a smaller unit made it take a lot longer and the 2 of them were doing nothing for almost an hour. I also had to pay my truck driver an extra $200 for his extra time as well. I was offered nothing in return. That's just bad business, where I come from you don't just fix the problem you also do at least a little something extra to say I'm sorry. I will not recommend this service to anyone. This was a very expensive very stressful unpleasant situation especially after such a big move.

This uHaul facility is excellent. That’s the first thing you need to know. I had an appointment for a trailer hitch install and through no fault of uhaul the hitch was not delivered. The manager tried multiple methods to find another one even going so far as to have one overnighted, and she kept me updated. Together we found another and she personally installed it. This may sound trivial to some but I needed the hitch the next day, it was imperative. Best uHaul I’ve ever dealt with. Thank you Patricia.

No problems with the truck. The storage area was massive. This had to be the biggest uhaul place I have ever seen.
