If I could give this place a 0 i would. Walking in to find staff asleep or on their phone's while at a computer. Stacking up customers behind one active worker so the rest can be lazy. But the worst of all is shortly after renting my unit they are receiving renovations at the end of this month. all units must be empty. but they won't inform you of that unless you ask. don't expect an email or a phone call because you won't get it m you will most likely arrive to all your possessions gone or auctioned without your knowledge. This place is disgusting. and a month prior to all of this me and my wife rented a ubox container that was left in the middle of the facility for anyone to cut into and steal from us. DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION EVEN AFTER IT'S RENOVATIONS

Worst rental experience I've ever had with uhaul. The people at this location start off trying to rip you off. The 19.95 daily rate there doesn't seem to mean anything to them. The vehicle that we got was dirty, stank and had broken things in it that they rigged temporarily. We got a discount, because of the condition of the vehicle, but the final rate was still almost twice of what it should have cost for thier advertised rate.

Horrible service. Told them our truck broke down while moving to Austin and we needed a box truck to get everything the rest of the way. They told us the only thing they could give us was a trailer...for our broken down truck.
