I had a great experience with this U-Haul. The Williams sisters went out of their way to help me. My daughter moved to a different state and I was totally confused. These ladies helped keep me calm in the midst of my turmoil. They were polite, professional, and very personable. Thank you Briezana & Ariana (I hope that I got your names right). You ladies are the best! 🥰 Thank you so much for what you did for me and my daughter.

Ann Williams had zero customer service. I had a reservation for a uhaul truck and was running late. Contacted the location to let them and they said it was fine. Called and spoke with Ann to let her know I was still coming and she just said your reservation was canceled. I tried to find out why and she just kept saying it was canceled. I asked her if I could reserve a new truck and she said to go ahead and do it online. I did it online and called to let her know it was done and am on my way. They were closing at 8pm so I asked her if she could change it to self pick up and she said no I had no reservation even after giving her the confirmation. We got to the store at about 5 mins to 8 and my husband went in to get the paperwork done. She was very abrupt with him and said he couldn’t use an international ID even though we’ve used this location multiple times and the option is on the website, said she had to call her supervisor. Then she took $100 deposit even though we were not using cash. She never gave him his ID back and the GM at the store claims she can’t pull the cameras only corporate can. She said corporate pulled the cameras and saw where Ann gave my husband his ID. All lies !!! We still haven’t gotten back our $100 and Yvonne who said she is the GM confirmed she told Ann to take $100 deposit but when we emailed she replied saying $100 was not taken. They are a set of unprofessionals and lack customer service

3 rd time I went there for propane and wasn’t able to fill today no propane last time it’s broke first time the Guys not here
