  "Rented a truck on December 18th. Had it back by the next day. The system was down so I was given a hand written note by an employee outlining that the truck had 1/16th a tank of gas in it. They told me everything I filled up past a quarter tank would be reimbursed to me. Went ahead and filled the 40 gallon truck up. So here I am late January still no refund. They offered me 30$ unless I could present the note. Left work, brought them the note and handed it to the manager over a week ago. Wheres my money, you guys are literally stealing from me. It's not my fault your system went down. I just want what I was promised twice now. Once by the two counter workers and once by the manager."
