Their payment system needs to be updated and upgraded would not work with my card. Had to go to an ATM and withdraw cash, which means I had to pull nearly double out because they needed a deposit as I was not using a card. Very frustrating, will try hard to never return to this location.

The staff here pulled out all the stops during the unexpected rush of college move ins to make sure we had what we needed! It was a little harrowing at first with unavailability of the size of truck and the auto hauler, but they really came through and relocated what we needed for easy pick up. All the crew were wonderful to us!
