Pay attention! Read everything u-haul provides AS DISCLOSURE WHEN CHECKING OUT. Alejandro is a slick talker. HE WONT tell you everything. Look at the options and warnings on the cc machine. Be sure you do a walk around the vehicle before you leave. He will downplay the condition of the vehicle, the x damage stickers, the photo dispute app, the Need for insurance from them and what happens if you don't pay attention to these things. Anything he promises, get in writing (he won't) This is an independent location of u-haul, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Two gentlemen at the counter was very helpful and was very polite and friendly. They were having a hard time with my transaction since I was exchanging two boxes that I purchased from a different U Haul dealer. They managed to make the customer satisfaction their priority and did an awesome job with the small rush of business they had at that moment. I’d definitely recommend going to this location rather than going to a U Haul dealer to get your shipping and hauling needs accomplished. Very happy with the service!
