Don’t expect your equipment to be there if you reserve it. They said they had a 6x12 trailer available. They lied. I guess I’ll replan my move which should be super easy!

I've been renting trucks and buying supplies from this location for years now, and greatly appreciate the service they've provided to me and their overall reliability. Whenever I've had a completed reservation, they've always had the truck ready for me. The same cannot be said for other truck rental companies I've used....Thank you 🙏

So I’ve never had a bad experience with Uhaul and this time the truck made the trip but it cost me 2 days drive and a 1 days work. The truck was hesitating during 120 mile ride, one way would not reach highway 70 legal speed. Only 55-58 the most. Spoke with Ethan and he said they checked and didn’t see anything technical with it. Pretty much calling me a lier. The check engine light remained on from the time of pickup.
