Poor Customer Service! Had this unit since June 2021 never no issues until now. Allegedly went on auto pay in August. Now my bill due on the 24th of every month. Now please tell me how they go into my account and take money on the 16th???? Ask to speak to a manager, some lady gets on the phone who is in TRAINING to be a manager TELLS ME “MAAM WE DONT HAVE NOTHING ON OUR END WE DIDNT GO INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AND YOU ARE NOT ON AUTO PAY”Then Mr.Kelly goes to say they have been trying to take money everyday since the 24th lmaoooo NEWS FLASH MR KELLY PREPAID CARDS DONT WORK LIKE THAT YOUR EMPLOYEES PUT ME ON AUTO PAY FOR THE 15th!! Then THREATEN ME AND SAID IF I REMOVE MY CARD FROM AUTO PAY THEN HE WILL GO THROUGH THE PROCESS TO GET MY THINGS REMOVED WHEN I OWE ZERO DOLLARS but ALLEGEDLY I WENT ON AUTO PAY WHEN I GOT THE UNIT BUT THE NOTES STATE THAT I CALLED IN ON AUGUST TO GO ON AUTO PAY LMAOOOO WHICH ONE IS THE TRUTH SIR!!! DONT RENT WITH THEM! Thank God I recorded the conversation🙂
