I did review all the reviews before I rented from here. I rented twice. I chose this location due to its proximity to me.The first time they charged me for insurance even though I declined. They did refund me the money back. 2nd time had no issues. Did have issues with online check it. Had to go into the store. Apted for in store check in the 2nd time. Checking did not take long. Returned the first truck overnight w key drop off. Staff was friendly and accomodating.

Worth 0 Star. Not professional at all. Dumb and rude workers. Use other locations. Worst ever Uhaul branch.

God awful service, had a reservation and was told that our storage unit was not going to be guaranteed. The place look completely untrustworthy with my belongings. Guy at the front was snarky and attitudinal. Wouldn't recommend, customer service was terrible and place looked janky.
