Reserved the truck easily online for same day pick up (12/1). Staff was courteous and helpful. But I much appreciate the gentleman I dealt with when I returned the truck on 12/2. I ran into an issue with my storage unit (not through U-Haul) and it was a total mess and ended up needing the truck and extra day. He was so nice, helpful, and he really made things better. I’m sorry that I didn’t get a name, but he was fantastic and I hope he knows that he made my situation a lot easier to deal with. Definitely recommend!

Their call center set a date and time to come in and have A trailer hitch mounted and wired on my truck. I made arrangements and went in the date and the time they set for me and when I got there they didn’t know I was coming and didn’t have the parts to put on my truck very frustrating.

Just stood at propane refill station for 15 minutes. No one acknowledged. I was in a truck with trailer so I wasn’t hard to see. I even called 5 minutes earlier to see if open and where to park. That’s why I go to rent a wreck on 26th when I can. This is Sunday they weren’t open otherwise I would have gone there. Service and price better.
