I want to thank Summer, she went above and beyond to get a part here on time for me. My son was coming for Thanksgiving and I needed the part so he could help me install it. She is a very efficient and very sweet young lady. She made it very pleasant working with UHaul. Thank you Summer!

Rude staff, and not helpful at all! walked in and about 5 of them huddled around computer! NO OFFER to help, or ask what do ya'll need. We bought several boxes, and other items. I paid cash and that messed them all up WAITING 15 minutes just to pay for boxes! LOUSY service, bad attitudes. we will NEVER be back!
