Was charged an extra day rental when the truck was returned 3 hours prior to the return time. This was refunded which was good. However I picked up the truck in a different location and the truck was covered in mud on the outside. It had rained for 2 days during the time I had the truck. I swept out the truck (as per the contract) but was still charged a cleaning fee. After speaking to Tyler.. the manager.. he told me I should’ve cleaned the area where my feet were once it reached their parking lot. In the pouring rain. It was clean until I got out to get the gas they require to fill before return. Tyler had an attitude. Do not recommend this place at all.

Had an appointment two weeks in advance to get trailer hitch installed. Drove 100 miles to be told they didn’t have the parts. Never received a phone call saying parts were delayed. Not cool 👎

Upon checking out, the man that helped me was great. But there was this co-worked that gave me real attitude when I started asking some questions. He was very disrespectful and very unprofessional. He is obviously in the wrong business and gives this company a bad image.
