Great service. We needed a cargo van at the last minute on a Saturday evening. Not only did they have the type of van we needed, but we were able to reserve it quickly and easily, and pick it up within minutes of the store closing. Returning the van was also quick and easy, and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

I had a hitch kit installed on my 2014 Nissan Frontier. It was installed incorrectly and it was causing my battery to be drained. My truck was dying multiple times a day and once I put two and two together I reinstalled the hitch kit the correct way and did away with the issue. The person who installed my hitch was in a hurry that day and was late to my appointment and rushed through the process which I believe affected the quality of the install.

Made a reservation for hitch installation a month prior to reservation. Showed up for reservation and woman behind counter said they don't do installs that day. She then said she is in charge of ordering the parts and haven't even ordered that particular hitch. Service here is so poor I am specifically seeking service in Greensboro to avoid their incompetence.
