I needed a storage and a friend recommended this place. I called and spoke to Adrian. Adrian was very helpful and took his time giving me the sizes and dimensions. I decided to go in person. We were attended by Adrian once again. I was so impressed with his knowledge, customer service, politeness. He made me feel secure in renting one of the storages. Decided to reserve it for next week as I don't have everything packed. He also gave us a tour and showed us the storage unit. It was perfect. Thank you Adrian for all you did. You're an exceptional employer. I can tell He enjoys working there.

Had to pay 100 to use the storage unit for 3 days because they don’t prorate. No electronic payments

Over charged. 2 emails to customer service, long hold phone call, and still waiting on call back to get corrected. Initial estimate receipt is what I signed up for $29 rental/$14 insurance/ $39 est. mileage… they charged me a little more than that up front and then charged me again (with out saying anything) after I returned it! The truck, of course, was in terrible condition- rattling, multiple tries to get started, unaligned tires, etc
