Did an in-town rental of a pickup for a few hours. When I returned it the 3/16 of a tank of gas I used incurred a $38 charge (at $4.25) a gallon. When questioned about it I was told "we have no idea how big the tank is." Hmmmmm...well I can tell you how big it's not... at $4.25 a gallon travelling 28 miles the tank would have to be over 47 gallons, which it isn't according to manufacturer specs. TL;DR - Ripoff artists....beware!!!

The employees were vary disrespectful to one another. The lady that ended up going out to check the equipment back in when went through everything thing like as if she was a DOT inspecting a 18 wheeler. But never mentioned the stuff we left in the back. Now I can’t even get no one to answer the phone to ask about my items.

Absolutely, ridiculous. Reserved a truck for after hours pick up. Did everything I normally do with ease and success at other locations. Unfortunately, I didn't have the same normal experience here. It was not easy and i was not successful. I wasn't able to pick up the truck I reserved after an hour of trying to get ahold of someone... I will not be back... Canceled reservation now and I better receive a complete refund....
