Nice and friendly service. I was late picking up and bringing back (under estimated size truck needed so had to make two trips) and they were very understanding. Great truck, very good gas mileage went from trion to dalton back to trion and dalton and back to trion and didn’t use a half tank of gas. Will always use this business if I ever need to rent again!

I was weary of renting from these people because of some.od earlier reviews but i must say i was pleasantly surprised! They were very attentive to my needs as I needed the truck at specific times as i had hired hourly movers and didn't want movers waiting on a truck. I also needed a car dolly and they suggested the right one for my long distance move. They accommodated my needs especially well as they were closing a little early for personal issues so they gave me the truck the truck the night before my scheduled rental so it would be available for my hourly movers. I was not charged for the extra time. I will say i was proactive with my rental. I called uhaul (corp) several days before to.he sure the equipment would be T tjus facility and also called this rental place 24 hrs prior to.be sure everything would be available
