They screwed us out of a full tank of gas and we returned it unclean just like we reported it when we picked it up (we called in to report an eighth of a tank of gas and a filthy truck) and they charged me for that as well. I spent a week on the phone back and forth with them and they assured me someone would be in touch that would rectify the situation and I never heard another thing! UHaul is a rip off!!!!

Very helpful people both on the phone and in person. I was looking for mattress covers and other covers made to protect sofas of different lengths, upholstered chairs, etc from getting dirty. They do have Queen sized bed bags, but mostly carry boxes and dish packs. As my move was looming, I didn't have the time to order from the UHaul website and have it sent to me. I was very glad to be able to find the mattress cover!
