Had to do an unexpected move of my elderly mother-in-law. The guys Midwest Automotive/U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer had the trailer I needed at a great price. They set me up with moving blankets and a dolly and hooked up the trailer. I really appreciated all their help!

Worst uhaul rental franchise I have ever Dealt with. The only Customer service person tat could work the computer, was apparently out of the auto parts store delivering parts and would be gone for a hour. The older gentleman working the parts counter tried to help but after 30 mins admitted he did. Not know what was going wrong. This was by far my worst uhaul experience ever! Not sure if I will try this location again. Very poor customer service!
