Call to ask about a motorcycle trailer. The owner answered the phone is Bloomingdale’s. I said oh this is Bloomingdale’s I’m sorry wrong number :-) and then hung up . went to their website called the number again same lady answer the phone and I said oh I’m sorry your number is listed with U-Haul and she said “please don’t be so rude” and hung up the phone on me. The third time I called back thinking it might be something on my phone and calling the wrong number, a different lady pick up the phone answerd as Bloomingdales Uhaul . All I was trying to figure out was why the phone is being answered as Bloomingdale’s when you’re listed as U-Haul online. Would ever do business with these people.

Worst service that I had with u haul use a 5*8 pulling trailer less then 24 hour and got charged for 2 days I will not use this place again I did not given a star but had to leave comment
