Terrible help. Started having troubles with the way the truck was running an hour after picking up the uhaul. Tried to go to their website as they tell you to for roadside assistance but the site just repeatedly gives you an error so request will not process. Spent 1.5 hours on hold only for them to answer and say they will call back in 30 minutes. Called 5 uhaul offices and nobody would help. We eventually had to drive the thing because they REFUSED to come help us and I have 2 kids and didn't want to be stuck in middle of nowhere on a highway. The truck shook violently the whole way and couldn't go over 40mph.

I was quoted for $1700 when I first checked into it. I was charged $3300 just for the truck and not trailer. The woman at this location didn’t know what she was doing and didn’t know how to give a veteran discount. We were way overcharged for the truck. The place also looked like a hoarder lived there and was not clean. Don’t get a truck from here and don’t use uhaul to move it’s a rip off.
