The owner was very personable. He looked at my truck and was honest in assessing for needing a ball instead of a rack. Found a better fit for the size of trailer. Took the time to swap stories. If I was not moving, I would use him again.

The guy was rushing us and was rude. Acted as if he didn't want to be there. Not to mention they charge you over 7 dollars for 1 gallon of gas if you don't fill it up exactly how it was when you got it. I was off by 1 gallon and was charged 7 dollars!
