Very unprofessional staff, no clues of the questions being ask I made a reservation a few weeks ago to pick a Auto Transport Auto Transport at colonial Heights and out of the blue at the last minute I was told to drive one hour away to pick up the equipment, I ask the reason and the clerk told me it is what it is in a very disrespectful manner, I don’t understand what this liberals in Virginia are thinking but apparently they have forgotten about customer services.
