A friend rented a 6x12 covered trailer from these folks last week. The friend reserved it for pickup on Memorial Day (when they were closed). Although the online system allowed the reservation, no one was there to give me the trailer. I was bummed since I was supposed to be loading the trailer 90 miles away at 8 AM the following morning. The owner of the whole operation (gas station, towing business, restaurant, and U-Haul) was there and called in a guy to allow me to pick up the trailer and the worker actually hooked it up for me and checked the lights. Then, when I returned the trailer a few days later (another guy helped me disconnect it). I later chatted with the U-Haul attendant (owner's son I believe) for quite some time about the Indy 500. The total experience was a good one for me. I will be renting from these folks again!

This place is horrible. The fellow working the uhaul counter was not friendly at all, was unhappy about everything, and completely screwed us. We were moving from the north side of Waupaca, to ripon (which he knew because he asked for addresses) and only gave us 50 miles! It was 57 miles from the uhaul location to ripon! Plus he set the drop off location 22 miles from the location in Ripon we were moving to. So fees accrued; which uhaul corporate people took care of because the guy was a complete halfwit. Do not go here. Look elsewhere. I hope he either gets fired or uhaul taken away from his business.
