I had to pick up a truck with auto trailer on Oct 13th 2021, about 3pm. When I got there it was all ready, attached, and parked right out front, clean and nice looking -- I really appreciated that (some uhauls make you attach everything). I worked with the lady I believe her name was Stacy. She was very helpful and had the right attitude. When I explained to her my situation (single guy, long drive, have to load / drive / unload all by myself, and have a bad knee) she helped by adjusting to the time and miles to better suit what I would need. I really appreciated her can-do attitude, and with a lot of work ahead of me for the move, it really helped having her on my side to get started. I've seen some businesses around town that aren't helpful, and I felt lucky on this day that they weren't here. Thanks, Jeff.

I can't just say it was one person that was good there they were all great there travelled all the way from Michigan to hear made this trip so much easier they helped with everything thank you so very much if there was only one U-Haul rental place in this town and this was it this would be all they needed thanks again
