Worst Experience ever! I had to ask for the snow to be removed from windshield, was told that I can do it myself. When I explained that I didnt have anything top clean it off with he took a broom and 30 minutes later he came back and complained that nobody rents these trucks so even though the snow was from 4 days ago, he didnt know anybody would be renting this truck. Mind you I reserved it 6 days in advance. I had to remove the snow in front of the truck by kicking the snow away from the front tires, and the rear truck door to the bed had been left half open so snow was in there almost half way up. When I returned they wouldnt give me a receipt was told all is well and I would be emailed a receipt. Surprise the 17 miles I drove and 10:00 in gas I put in left me at a quarter tank just as I received it. On the receipt however they charged me for gas and a 30.00 fee. Scam Scam I never had this experience with Uhaul and never will again because I will never return. Dont try it You Will Be Ripped Off

A Wonderful couple are running this U-Haul outlet. They really want you to be satisfied with their service. It's a great little store front selling Gently used furniture and appliances along with the U-Haul rentals. Mom & Pop style services with young and aggressive business sense along with sex appeal. What else could you ask for???.

Horrible service. We were supposed to pick up our truck at 9AM, but there was no one here. So I called the number and the people answered and said they were on their way back from Dunkin Donuts. They had to get hot chocolate and something to eat. They finally get here at 9:10. So then we wait in the area in front of the desk. The lady is doing stuff on the computer. We thought she was getting our stuff ready to go. Then she started helping another customer before finishing our stuff. It is 9:30 and we are still standing here waiting for our truck. I have a bunch of people showing up to my house to help us move, and we don't even have a uhaul yet! I will never come here again or recommend this place to anyone to rent a truck. These people are not representing uhaul in a positive light.
