The only problem I had was that the 24/7 virtual pickup is a waste of time. Maybe it was just the day but it just wasn't working well for me. The attendant was very nice and helped finish checking me out on the inside - which is where the key was located, so that part of the self check in would not have worked out anyway. When I returned, the attendant checked me in - in under 5 minutes. She was very nice and invited me back.

I have a few trailers, but uhaul honestly has some amazing hauling equipment for the price, so I use them for safe and reliable trips. Not only that, but the local dealers are awesome.
