Trying to talk to someone to confirm my reservation since I never received an email. There was no answer (at 3pm on Sunday) and the voicemail is full so I couldn't leave a message.

Super friendly service-worker helped show us how to attach our car and offered to help with it the next day. He also was able to recommend movers for us! Above and beyond our expectations!

Well I was supposedly made a reservation was marked for 24/7 meaning I could pick up my U-Haul at 24/7 however when I got there I could not log into my account and I called customer service was on hold forever got spotlighted by the cops and was never able to pick up the U-Haul like I was supposed to. Long story short U-Haul sucks in St Robert Missouri don't go there
