They averaged my mileage from where I picked up the U-Haul to the house I was moving to they didn't include me picking up the truck going back to my house in one state packing up then driving from there to another state and turning it in at another U-Haul company therefore I got charged for extra mileage. The one I turned it into said I'd have to take it up with the ones I originally rented it from over one hundred miles away.

Went here to reserve a U-HAUL. Completed process in under 5 min. Make sure you have cash, company does not accept debit/credit cards. Went back to pay, I was overcharged. But he worked it out because I took a picture of the before and after mileage. I just didn't like the hassle.
