Did not have a suitable U-Haul for my needs had to accept a much larger moving van. Ugh.

Ordered a dolly with our truck and it wasn't there. Truck had major mechanical issues. Had to go to another site to pick up dolly since they were closed. Had to have roadside come out and issue still wasn't fixed. Have filed complaints with uhaul but nothing has been done. Very disappointed in our experience.
